FGKS Law is happy to announce that Meredith L. Rosenbeck has become an attorney with the firm effective March 9, 2026.
Meredith has nearly 20 years of legal experience advising businesses on a wide range of corporate, transactional, and operational matters. Her practice includes commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, contract negotiation and drafting, and general corporate counsel services.
Prior to joining FGKS Law, Meredith worked internally with a national nonprofit organization, where she provided legal and strategic support across multiple facets of organizational operations.
She graduated cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Meredith and her husband, Andy, have two children and reside in St. Henry.
