Professional Experience

Phil’s practice is concentrated on business transactions and estate planning.

On the business front, Phil represents both large and small business clients. He handles business acquisitions and sales, business formations and dissolutions, prepares and reviews a wide variety of contracts, resolves disputes, and provides general advisement as outside general counsel.

When it comes to estate planning, Phil has experience drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, as well as providing individuals and families with advice as to nursing home and Medicaid planning.

Phil enjoys the opportunity to get to know his clients and to assist them with achieving their objectives.

Prior to joining FGKS Law, Phil worked for a law firm in Dayton. He and his wife, Jodi, both natives of St. Henry, have three children and reside in Tipp City.
