He also assists with dispute resolution and serves as trusted outside general counsel to help businesses navigate day-to-day challenges.
In estate planning, Phil prepares wills, trusts, and other essential documents, and advises individuals and families on strategies for nursing home and Medicaid planning.

Before joining FGKS Law, Phil practiced at a Dayton law firm. He and his wife, Jodi—both St. Henry natives—live in Tipp City with their three children.
