Professional Experience
Chris’ practice is concentrated on corporate and commercial matters and litigation. Chris has always had an interest in corporate matters, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University in the corporate finance track. While at the Ohio Northern University College of Law, he served on the editorial board for the Ohio Northern Law Review as a Student Research Editor, as well was as worked as a teaching assistant for both Real Property and Business Organizations classes. He graduated first in his class from Ohio Northern and was inducted as a member of the prestigious Willis Society prior to graduation.
Chris currently resides in Troy, Ohio with his wife Hannah.
