Dan’s practice consists of handling corporate and commercial matters on behalf of his business clients, handling real estate transactions, providing for his individual client’s estate planning needs, and assisting families with probate proceedings in connection with the estates of their loved ones.
In his corporate and commercial practice, Dan represents both large and small family-owned business clients in connection with their day-to-day legal needs, including business formations, contract preparation and review, and general corporate matters. In addition, Dan has experience in assisting clients with business acquisitions and business sales.
In his real estate practice, Dan assists clients with title examinations, contract preparation, real estate closings, and 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions.
In his estate planning practice, Dan has experience in drafting wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, trust agreements, and various other estate planning documents. In addition, Dan provides individuals and families with advice regarding options for nursing home and Medicaid planning.
Dan and his wife, Lori, reside in Anna, Ohio, and have three grown children, Carter, Avery, and Claire. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys boating in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, and spending time with family and friends.
