Her practice includes commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, contract negotiation and drafting, and general corporate counsel services. She has worked with businesses of all sizes, providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s strategic and operational goals.
In addition to her private‑practice experience, Meredith previously worked internally with a national nonprofit organization, where she provided legal and strategic support across multiple facets of organizational operations. That experience gives her a valuable perspective on risk management, governance, and the day‑to‑day legal needs of complex organizations.

Outside of the office, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two cats, watching her teenagers compete in sports, and reading.
