Before law school, Meredith earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University, achieving cum laude honors.

Meredith graduated from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with summa cum laude honors. While there, she was associate editor of the Law Review and vice president of the Student Bar Association.

Professional Experience

Meredith has nearly 20 years of legal experience advising businesses on a wide range of corporate, transactional, and operational matters. Her practice includes commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, contract negotiation and drafting, and general corporate counsel services. She has worked with businesses of all sizes, providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s strategic and operational goals.

In addition to her private‑practice experience, Meredith previously worked internally with a national nonprofit organization, where she provided legal and strategic support across multiple facets of organizational operations. That experience gives her a valuable perspective on risk management, governance, and the day‑to‑day legal needs of complex organizations.

Meredith is known for her collaborative approach and her ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice. She values building long‑term relationships with her clients and serving as a trusted legal partner.

Outside of the office, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two cats, watching her teenagers compete in sports, and reading.
