Professional Experience

Michael’s practice is concentrated on litigation issues related to business transactions, probate and trust disputes, landlord-tenant issues (on behalf of landlords only), personal injury cases, employment disputes, and collection matters. He represents individuals and a wide range of companies, from multinational corporations to small, family-owned businesses.

Michael has conducted trials in common pleas and municipal courts in Ohio and has argued cases in Ohio courts of appeal and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Upon graduating in the top 10% of his class from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Michael joined the appellate division of the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. This allowed Michael to hone in his skills as an advocate, brief complex legal issues, and regularly argue in the Second District Court of Appeals. Michael subsequently moved to private practice and joined a well-established firm in Troy, Ohio, before joining FGKS Law.

Michael resides with his wife, Ashley, in Vandalia, Ohio, along with their two sons.
