Professional Experience
Since joining FGKS in 2004, Josh has practiced primarily in litigation. Josh has extensive experience throughout Ohio, including cases of construction litigation, business litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and insurance defense. Josh tries cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and represents a wide range of companies, from international and publicly-traded companies to family-owned businesses. Josh appreciates that each case, and more importantly that each client, is different and provides representation tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Josh, and his wife Jenni, reside in Sidney with their three children. Josh is an active member of the Sidney community having served on numerous boards, including in leadership positions.
