Jim Shenk is one of the founding partners of FGKS Law. His practice focuses primarily on business and estate planning matters. Although Jim does not maintain regular hours at the office, he continues to be a resource to his past clients in certain instances.

Bachelor of Arts

Jim graduated with his bachelors degree from Miami University with cum laude honors. Jim was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa fraternity.
1974

Juris Doctorate

Jim graduated with his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University with summa cum laude honors, Order of the Coif. Jim was the associate editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.

Community Leadership

Jim has served as a director of the Minster Community Improvement Corporation from 1980 to present, and president from 1988 to 1990.
